Terms and Conditions

By booking with Colorado Transit Solutions (CTS), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Options & Payment
CTS offers flexible rental options, including hourly, daily, and weekly rates, with discounted pricing available for weekly and monthly rentals. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Any approved rental extensions must be paid in full at the time the extension is requested.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no additional charges apply. Any applicable charges—including mileage overages, fuel, tolls, damages, or late fees—may be deducted from the deposit.

Mileage Limitations
All rentals include a standard mileage allowance of 120 miles per day, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. Additional mileage packages may be available for purchase. Mileage exceeding the daily limit will be charged at $0.39 per mile if not purchased in advance.

Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, CTS will refuel it at the current market rate plus a $15 refueling service fee. Fuel charges may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

Vehicle Use & Road Restrictions
Vehicles are to be operated responsibly and for intended use only. Off-road use is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to trails, unpaved terrain, closed roads, and 4×4 tracks. Any damage or breakdown resulting from prohibited use will be the sole responsibility of the renter, including all towing and repair costs.

Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Excessive dirt, damage, or misuse may result in additional charges.

Tolls & Additional Charges
Renters are responsible for all tolls and road usage charges incurred during the rental period. Any unpaid tolls or related fees may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

Late Returns & Extensions
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges. Extensions must be requested and approved in advance and are subject to availability.

Pickup & Delivery
CTS operates primarily online for convenience, with vehicles available for pickup in Brighton, CO. In most cases, a representative will meet you at pickup or delivery to assist with the rental process. Delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

Accepted Payment Methods
CTS accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards, personal checks, and third-party payment methods are not accepted.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Colorado Transit Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
