    No, we do not operate from a traditional office. Colorado Transit Solutions is a mobile, digital business with vehicles conveniently located in Brighton, CO for pickup.

    We offer easy online booking and flexible pickup options, including remote unlock or lockbox access. In most cases, I’ll meet you at pickup to walk you through everything and get you ready to go. We’re always available by phone or text if you need anything.

    Most of our customers use their personal auto insurance policies (full coverage) when renting our vehicles. Many major credit cards also offer coverage benefits. We also offer rental collision protection for purchase to ensure peace of mind during your rental. Please note, our rental collision protection, if purchased, does not offer refunds for early returns.

    Our vehicles are located in Brighton, CO, but we do offer delivery services for your convenience. A delivery fee may apply—please contact us for more details.

    To rent our vehicles, you must be at least 21 years old. If you are between 21 and 25 years old, additional qualifications may be necessary. These qualifications include having full coverage insurance and a major credit card.

    Please return van rentals with the same fuel level as when they were picked up. Any discrepancies will incur a charge of $5 per gallon, which will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

    Yes, we provide accessories like straps/tie-downs, heavy-duty straps/tie-downs, dollies, and tool shelves for specific vehicles. You can check the rates and add these accessories during the rental process.

    The daily allowable mileage is 120 miles. Additional mileage will be charged at 0.39 cents per mile, based on daily mileage. For example, if the vehicle is rented for 5 days, the total free mileage is 600 miles.

    Unfortunately, we currently operate only within Colorado, so out-of-state drop-offs are not available at this time.
