Most of our customers use their personal auto insurance policies (full coverage) when renting our vehicles. Many major credit cards also offer coverage benefits. We also offer rental collision protection for purchase to ensure peace of mind during your rental.

Our Vehicles are located in Aurora CO. However, CTS does offer delivery services for your convenience. A delivery fee may be applicable based on both the time and distance.

To rent our vehicles, you must be at least 21 years old, have full coverage insurance, and provide a major credit card.

Please ensure that van rentals are returned with the same fuel level as when they were picked up. Any discrepancies in fuel level upon return will result in a charge of $5 per gallon, which will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

Yes, we provide accessories like straps/tie-downs, heavy-duty straps/tie-downs, dollies, and tool shelves for specific vehicles. You can check the rates and add these accessories during the rental process.

The daily allowable mileage is 120 miles. Additional mileage will be charged at 0.39 cents per mile, based on daily mileage. For example, if the vehicle is rented for 5 days, the total free mileage is 600 miles.

Unfortunately, we currently operate only within Colorado, so out-of-state drop-offs are not available at this time. However, you can take the vehicle out of state (within the US), as long as it's returned to the same CO location.
