Terms and Conditions

Mileage Limitations

• Colorado Transit Solutions (CTS) offers a standard mileage allowance of 120 miles per day for van rentals, unless specified otherwise during rental. Additional mile packages are available for purchase. Any miles beyond the 120-mile daily limit incur a charge of $0.39 per mile if additional miles are not purchased upfront. Clarifying these terms before finalizing the rental agreement is advisable.

Road Restrictions

• Off-roading with a CTS van rental is strictly prohibited, including closed roads, trails, and 4×4 tracks. If the van breaks down in a restricted area, the renter is fully responsible for towing and repair costs. Any damage incurred due to off-roading, including alignment, shocks, and struts, is the renter’s responsibility.

Accepted payment Methods

• CTS accepts payments made with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. However, we do not accept debit cards or personal checks, including those from Western Union.

Fuel Levels

• Van rentals should be returned with the same fuel level as when they were picked up. If the van is returned with a different fuel level, the renter will incur a charge of $3 per gallon, deducted from the security deposit or billed separately. 

Reservation Payment

• Full payment for the van rental is required at the time of reservation, including any rental extensions. Payment must be provided when requesting an extension.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

• We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the Terms & Conditions. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will replace all previous versions. CTS Van Rentals advises checking the Terms & Conditions regularly for updates.
